• We recently had our fence installed by Heartwood, and we are absolutely thrilled with both the finished product and the entire experience. From day one, Natalie set the tone with her incredible customer service. She was always available, always patient, and genuinely happy to answer every single question we had - and we had a lot. She stayed involved from the very start of the project all the way through the final touches, and we never once worried about whether things would be done correctly or on time. She delivered exactly what she said she would. The installation crew was fantastic as well, especially Fabian, who put so much care into the work. The fence looks beautiful - sturdy, straight, and clean - and you can tell it was built with real craftsmanship. We ended up not loving the look of our smaller gate once it was installed, and Natalie immediately stepped in to make it right. She went above and beyond to ensure we were completely happy with the final result. We also ran into an unforeseen design challenge with our larger gate - nothing the crew did wrong, just the nature of how it had to sit to function properly. Once again, Natalie and Fabian worked with us until we found a solution we were genuinely happy with. It’s rare to find a company that cares this much about both the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. Heartwood exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would recommend them without hesitation.

• We found Heartwood Fence after seeing the excellent work they did for our neighbors one street over. Those neighbors were extremely satisfied and I can say we are as well with our new fence. They understood the work we needed done that included staining and updating the lighting along the bottom of the fence. We found that other fence companies won’t stain or handle lighting so that was a big plus for why we went with Heartwood. Their team and leadership were eager to work with us and were polite, straightforward, and fast. The work was done quickly and smoothly. They were able to save and work with our main posts. The new fence has made such a visual difference and is solid and sturdy. I have included before and after photos for reference. We recommend Heartwood Fence!

• The crew at Heartwood Fence did an amazing job on our privacy fence and vinyl fence as well. Natalie, Jeremy, and Darren were kind, professional, and courteous! The communication with the owner, Natalie, was exceptional and she left no question unanswered! Heartwood offers top quality fencing for competitive pricing. The installation was done by Jeremy and Darren and they were on time, professional, and the quality was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend using Heartwood Fence Company !!!!!
