Vinyl fencing, for homeowners who are done with maintenance

Vinyl is the answer when you want a clean, uniform fence and you never want to pick up a stain brush. The color runs through the material rather than sitting on the surface, so it will not peel or need repainting. A rinse with a hose once or twice a year is the whole maintenance plan.

Styles we build

• Solid privacy: six feet of tongue-and-groove panel, with a flat top, arched top or lattice top.
• Semi-privacy: spaced boards that keep sight lines broken while letting light and air through.
• Picket: three to four feet for front yards, gardens and pets.
• Ranch rail: two, three or four rail, for property lines and paddocks.

What separates a good vinyl fence from a cheap one

Wall thickness and the internal reinforcement do most of the work. We install heavy-gauge panels with aluminum-reinforced bottom rails and routed posts, not stapled-together stock from a big box. Posts are set in concrete and gates get steel-reinforced frames and self-closing hardware, because a hollow vinyl gate is the first thing to fail on a budget install.

Where vinyl makes sense

Coastal yards, pool surrounds and anywhere salt air or constant sun would punish wood. It is also popular with HOAs because the finish stays uniform down the street.

Permits and approvals

We pull permits where required, handle HOA submissions, and call in the utility locate before digging. Workmanship is covered by our written warranty, and vinyl panels carry the manufacturer warranty on top of it.
