Every Heartwood fence comes with a written workmanship warranty. If something is not right, send the details below and your local office will pick it up.
This form is for past Heartwood customers. Looking for a new fence? Ask for a free quote instead.
What the warranty covers
Our workmanship: posts, panels, gates, and hardware we installed. Material defects are covered by the manufacturer, and we handle that claim for you.
What it does not cover
Storm, vehicle, or animal damage, ground movement from new construction next door, and normal weathering of wood. We will still come out and quote a repair.
How fast we respond
Your local office replies within one business day and schedules a look at the fence, usually the same week.
