Serving Greater Cincinnati
Tight access, hillsides, and freeze-thaw winters. We build for the ground you actually have, and we get the permit for the jurisdiction you are actually in.
Cincinnati yards are rarely simple. Hillside lots in Mount Adams and Price Hill, narrow side access in the older streets, and mature root systems that a post hole has to negotiate around. Add a freeze-thaw winter that lifts anything set too shallow and you have a market where the install method matters more than the material.
We walk the access route before we quote, because a yard that a machine cannot reach is a hand-dig job and you deserve to see that in the number rather than hear about it later.

Six foot cedar or treated pine privacy, posts set to depth, gates that still swing right in year five.

Heavy-wall vinyl with steel-reinforced gate posts. No sealing, no staining, no repaint cycle.

Powder-coated aluminum that will not rust, rackable for slope, and open enough to keep the view.

The lowest cost per foot we build, installed fast, sized from four feet to eight feet.

Leaning posts, storm damage, sagging gates. We give you an honest call on repair versus replace.
We recently had our fence installed by Heartwood, and we are absolutely thrilled with both the finished product and the entire experience. From day one, Natalie set the tone with her incredible customer service.
We found Heartwood Fence after seeing the excellent work they did for our neighbors one street over. Those neighbors were extremely satisfied and I can say we are as well with our new fence.
Customer satisfaction from the start. Dedicated project manager, Natalie, oversaw construction to meet my needs. Worked through pop up rain at times to complete my project without any issues.

Water that gets into a post hole and freezes expands and pushes the post up. Do that for a few winters and the gate stops latching. We set below the frost line, backfill with gravel so water drains, and crown the concrete so it sheds instead of holding a puddle at the base.
Between the city, Hamilton County townships, and the Northern Kentucky side, the rules change every few miles. Historic districts add another layer, with material and height restrictions that are not negotiable. We check the jurisdiction and any district overlay from your parcel before the quote goes out.
Our crews are local to the region and the workmanship warranty is a document, not a handshake.
We meet you at the property, walk the fence line, mark the corners, and talk through height, style, and gate placement. You get a written number before we leave or the same day.
Utility locates, permit paperwork, and HOA submittals are on us. We confirm the property line with your plat so the fence lands where it belongs.
Our crew sets posts, hangs panels, and hauls off the debris. We walk the finished line with you and back the work in writing.
