Serving the Treasure Valley
Irrigation easements, valley wind, and HOA design rules in the new builds. We check all three before we quote so the fence gets built once.
The Treasure Valley has a fencing constraint most markets do not: irrigation. Canal and lateral easements run through a surprising number of yards here, and the district that controls them can require access clearance or removal of anything built inside the easement. We check for one before we quote, because the most expensive fence is the one you have to take back down.
Second constraint is wind. Long open runs in the newer Meridian, Star, and Kuna subdivisions catch valley wind with nothing to break it, and standard post spacing is not always enough.

Six foot cedar or treated pine privacy, posts set to depth, gates that still swing right in year five.

Heavy-wall vinyl with steel-reinforced gate posts. No sealing, no staining, no repaint cycle.

Powder-coated aluminum that will not rust, rackable for slope, and open enough to keep the view.

The lowest cost per foot we build, installed fast, sized from four feet to eight feet.

Leaning posts, storm damage, sagging gates. We give you an honest call on repair versus replace.
Heartwood fencing did a great job on my fence and gate. Kirk came out and quoted me a reasonable price. They installed a cedar dog ear privacy fence and a gate for me. I am more than happy with the job.
Excellent service and timely. Quote was the best we received, and no wait time to get our fence repaired. I am going to refer our neighbors, and we would happily do business with them again.
Very reliable and professional. Took only one day to install our fence on a steep hillside. Did a remarkable job installing and cleaning up.

Before a post hole gets dug we identify any canal, lateral, or drain easement crossing the property and confirm the clearance the district requires. Sometimes that shifts the fence line a few feet. It is a far better outcome than a removal notice a year later.
Dry summers and cold winters are hard on wood finish, and valley wind is hard on any solid panel. We tighten post spacing on exposed runs and set below frost depth. In the newer subdivisions we also read the covenant first, because many of them specify height, material, and stain color down to the shade.
Our Boise crews are staffed locally, and the workmanship warranty is on paper before we start.
We meet you at the property, walk the fence line, mark the corners, and talk through height, style, and gate placement. You get a written number before we leave or the same day.
Utility locates, permit paperwork, and HOA submittals are on us. We confirm the property line with your plat so the fence lands where it belongs.
Our crew sets posts, hangs panels, and hauls off the debris. We walk the finished line with you and back the work in writing.
